Mondays 8:30 - 10:30 Weight Training
Tuesdays 7am - 9am Field/Facility Workout
Wednesdays 7am - 9am Field/Facility Workout
Thursdays 7am - 9am Field/Facility Workout
Thursdays 8:30 - 10:30am Weight Training
If you are involved in Speed Training it is from 9:00 to 10:30 on Monday and Wednesday.
